At Quinn Residences, we aren’t just in the business of building homes. We are a company that’s invested in people and communities. This work has many expressions, including strategic initiatives to give back to the people and communities we serve, as our company and people have made our most significant impact ever on the places we live and work.
Here’s just a glimpse into the incredible community building taking place behind the scenes at Quinn Residences and through our team, residents, and partners.

Community Impact Through Compassionate Giving
Our team members are generous with their time and resources. This year, they have individually supported over 50 nonprofits, multiplying their donations through Quinn’s donation matching program, which offers an annual match up to $500.
Zach Persky, VP of Acquisitions, supported Handshake America, a Columbus, Ohio-based nonprofit helping high school student-athletes develop a mental framework for success in life. The program coaches high school students during their junior and senior years, and students who complete the program receive a $1000 scholarship.
“I enjoy connecting with the students and sharing the lessons I’ve learned throughout my professional and athletic career to help them grow,” Persky said. “They make amazing strides over the course of the year, and it’s very rewarding to see students from different backgrounds come together and become friends.”
Similarly, Cody Bradley, Office Manager, supports and works with Crown Magnolia Court of Georgia, an LGBTQIA+ nonprofit that raises funds to distribute to other organizations that benefit local communities in need around metro Atlanta.
“Since I joined in 2023, the Crown Magnolia Court of Georgia has helped numerous causes, which have involved organizations such as the American Legion, Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance, For the Kid in All of Us, North Metro Miracle League, Sister Love, Positive Impact, and Boro Pride.” – shared Cody.
These are just a few examples of how the Quinn Residences team is giving back this year, supporting the nonprofits and charities that perform critical services in their communities.
Making a Difference During Nationwide Volunteer Efforts
Quinn Residences is a diverse and distributed organization, and our impact is felt throughout the communities where we work and operate. This year, we’ve made time to step away from our desks, roll up our sleeves, and serve our communities. As a group, we’ve volunteered with: Habitat for Humanity of the Florida Keys, The Sandwich Project, Miami Rescue Mission, Trees Atlanta, and Soldiers’ Angels.
Through these partnerships, our team members have dedicated hundreds of hours to creating lasting positive change in the communities we call home.
Empowering Students Through Financial Education
This year, Quinn Residences is sponsoring Union Grove High School in McDonough, GA. In partnership with Ramsey Solutions and Ramsey Education, we’re providing Union Grove High School with Foundations in Personal Finance, the country’s leading personal finance curriculum. This cutting-edge curriculum teaches budgeting, saving, investing, paying for college, and so much more, empowering students with the knowledge they need to navigate their financial futures with confidence.
Our goal is to give students the tools they need to become financially literate adults who will, in the long term, contribute to healthier communities and a stronger economy.
Committing to Environmental Stewardship
How and what we build when we construct new housing has ramifications that last long after the building crews pack up and leave.
As part of our unwavering commitment to sustainability, we teamed up with Alvéole to set up a beehive at Harmony Heights, a Quinn Residences community in Commerce, Georgia. The primary goal of this project is to support the local ecosystem, all while educating and engaging our wonderful residents.
We look forward to expanding this initiative in the coming year by installing an additional beehive in yet another one of our communities in Covington, GA. This time, we’re collaborating with Nisshinbo Brake Inc. to create a pollinator-friendly landscape. Together, we’re planting a natural buffer around the hive to support a healthy bee environment. With guidance from the University of Georgia’s agricultural extension program, plants that maximize pollination were carefully selected, ensuring a thriving habitat for our bees and supporting local biodiversity.
In all our initiatives, we prioritize local vendors, believing that selecting local suppliers helps strengthen local communities and fosters relationships that build resilience, trust, and shared growth.
Better Together
At Quinn Residences, we are committed to our craft. We believe in building thriving housing options inspired by the modern lifestyle in the best neighborhoods. We also recognize that communities are more than just housing. They are interconnected networks of people, relationships, and collective experiences that shape our daily lives. It’s what inspires our shared effort to make our communities more resilient, vibrant, and forward-thinking.
As we look ahead, we invite you to join us in this mission.
