A year in a Quinn community looks a little different for everyone.

That’s obvious, right? We all have unique life stages, personal goals, and daily rhythms. This year, we’ve worked hard to understand the common threads of the Quinn experience. The things that define our communities and the experiences that bind our residents together.

We discovered several common themes, including comfort, support, and genuine connection. These values take root before move-in day and reverberate through life’s changes and the milestones that follow.

Starting Your Journey with Ease

It is no secret that moving is one of life’s most stressful events. But at Quinn, we believe the hardest part should be packing the boxes, not signing the lease.

We make the application process simple and stress-free with a variety of ways to get started, including online options, in-office applications, and pop-in-and-apply events where prospective residents can enjoy different types of popcorn while getting their questions answered.

“I was shocked at how smooth it was,” said Maria, an Isabella Court resident who admitted she was nervous after struggling with online applications elsewhere. “The leasing team walked me step-by-step through the process and checked in until my approval came through.”

By the time residents pick up their keys, they already feel like part of the neighborhood!

We didn’t expect to feel part of a community that fast!

Creating Rhythm and Finding Your People

Moving boxes and change-of-address forms can be a hassle, but once you’re settled in, daily life quickly comes with comfort and belonging.

“We didn’t expect to feel part of a community that fast,” said the Johnson family, residents of Westmoreland Estates.

They described their first week as “sunshine and pool days” and noted that they were invited to a weekend cookout by neighbors they had only just met.

For others, the joy comes from how their home supports their work-life balance at Stephens Farm.

“I’ve never been more productive,” said Evan, a remote worker who discovered a quiet nook in his living room where the afternoon light hits perfectly. “I actually enjoy working from home now.”

Our pet-friendly atmosphere also helps neighbors connect effortlessly.

“I can’t take him on a walk without him dragging me toward his dog friends,” Alana admitted about her dog. “I’ve met half my neighbors because of him.”

Little Moments of Surprise and Delight

Throughout the year, we host events and provide small touches to create a sense of belonging. We host “Perk Up and Pick Up” mornings with coffee and mini muffins, as well as “Thanks, a Latte Day” events with breakfast toppings.

Residents still talk about seasonal celebrations such as our “Fall Flurries” event and the morning they opened their doors on Valentine’s Day to find a rose and chocolates hanging on the doorknob.

“We didn’t realize how much we missed connecting with people,” Chris and Natalie, residents of Newell Village, said about moving from a place with no community activities. “Now we actually look forward to events. It’s how we met our best friends here.”

We also want to reach residents who might be too busy to attend parties. We utilize quarterly “door drops” to leave small gifts for our residents. You might find a mini bag of popcorn on your door with a note saying you make our community pop with positivity, or a notepad letting you know you are a noteworthy neighbor.

Renewing here is easier than ordering takeout!

Sticking Around for Another Season

Renewing a lease is transparent and straightforward.

We offer events like “Sign and Shine” with orange juice or “Sipsy and Sign” to make the paperwork feel like a celebration.

Residents appreciate knowing exactly when to expect their renewal notification and the ability to sign online without coming into the office.

“Renewing here is easier than ordering takeout,” long-term Westmoreland Estates resident Danielle joked. “I wish more places did it like this.”
