FP&A Associate


The FP&A Associate will lead Quinn’s FP&A function with significant partnership across key business verticals including; Accounting, Acquisitions, Development and Operations. This is a highly visible role in a growing organization and will include frequent collaboration with senior management and the opportunity to help shape business and corporate strategy. The incumbent should be a self-starter that thrives in a growing and entrepreneurial environment and is capable of being a team player.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, finance, real estate or accounting) from an accredited college/university
  • 4+ years of consulting, strategy or commercial real estate experience and demonstrated career success; preferably in Multi-Family, Single-Family-Rental or Build-to-Rent
  • Ability to create, and maintain complex spreadsheets and carry out independent financial analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team centered, results-driven environment
  • Yardi experience preferred


  • Analyze budgets-to-actual results and financial information monthly and report and investigate noteworthy variances
  • Collaborate in the preparation of asset strategy/portfolio presentations, annual budgets, and cash flow projections for annual business plans
  • Ability to understand and maintain property-level financial models
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s long-term corporate model
  • Work cross functionally with Acquisitions, Operations, Development and Accounting teams
  • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team centered, results-driven environment.
  • Conduct periodic site visits as needed
  • Track current and future capital projects, while forecasting future capital projections for portfolio
  • In-person work required for first 90 days, after which 1-2 days/week maximum remote work is available based on performance. Occasional travel required for Company-wide meetings
