Leasing Manager

SUMMARY

The Leasing Managers are responsible for working with the on-site leasing specialists. help marketing and working with on- site team maintain positive resident relations.  The ideal candidate will have high energy, a burning desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead at team of Leasing Specialists
  • Develop and implement leasing specialists and develop CRM strategies tailored to enhance leasing, resident satisfaction and retention within single-family rental properties.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage prospect tenant interactions, communications, and feedback effectively.
  • Analyze resident data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in property management processes.
  • Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of resident concerns.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to foster long-term relationships with residents.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage technology to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of targeted communications, newsletters, and updates to residents.
  • Implement systems for collecting and analyzing resident feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM processes into overall business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical handling of tenant information.
  • Monitor rents and make recommendations of rent increases
  • Monitor rents and make recommendations of concessions if necessary
  • Monitor market surveys for accuracy and trends
  • Schedule shops of on-site team members
  • Audit websites and ILS
  • Understand lease terms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or 3-5 years work experience in multi-family
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and team leadership
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
