Project Manager (Construction)

Quinn is a rapidly growing Real Estate and Land Development Company seeking an experienced residential construction project manager based in Atlanta. Work in a fast paced, rapid growth company with more than 5,000 homes being built in the next several years throughout the Southeast, with over $900 million in equity to deploy to acquire build to rent homes. The Project Manager will report directly to the Construction Manager, and their primary responsibilities include managing the Homebuilder on the construction of homes from pre-construction to completion. The Project Manager will need to oversee quality, project scheduling, home completion, and communication with the onsite builders and inspectors. The Project Manager acts as the primary representative of Quinn on construction matters for the communities they are assigned to. There is a unique growth path for this position to be successful for many years as the company continues to expand and develop its portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
• Communicate with the onsite homebuilders to ensure schedule is being met and homes are progressing correctly.
• Maintaining internal home delivery schedules on a weekly basis and communicating status across Quinn’s departments.
• Track of project specifications and change orders to ensure the correct materials are going into the homes.
• Perform a thorough final inspection of the property prior to releasing the home as ready to close, as well as managing our 3rd party inspectors, keeping track of all inspection reports, and verifying inspection items are being completed by our homebuilders.
• Communicate and work together with the operations team and on-site leasing agents.
• Possess reliable transportation to perform regular site visits and be willing to travel weekly to various jobsites throughout the Southeast including Atlanta, Savannah, South Carolina, North Carolina, Chattanooga, Huntsville, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville. All travel is eligible for reimbursement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education, and Physical Requirements):
• Bachelor’s degree related to construction
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience in the residential new construction field
• Thorough knowledge of how the home building process works and good understanding of general construction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to set, manage and consistently meet goals and deadlines.
• Must be proactive, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to multi-task.
